Hello

This is very disheartening situation that my mother put 1 lac rupee death claim after my father's death for policy no--05182329

ICICI prudential is delaying the claim process

She submitted claim letter, policy documents, death certificate, treatment file, hospital bills, medicine bills, investigation bills, case summary by treating MD doctor, id proof, residential proof, ECS form, cancelled cheque, employer’s letter, etc

But now they are telling this list is not enough for 1 lac rupee claim.

They want 10 more certificates??? $#%#^$&^

My mother got 4 claims from LIC India without hassle, big thanks to LIC

Please avoid ICICI prudential for life insurance
