Calls from :02230920400

I am getting calls from number 02230920400 claiming they are from ICICI Prudential and I have already invested in to ICICI Prudential Assured wealth Plus plan just a month back. I was offered a Rs. 75000 bonus after 45 days period. Now I get a call from same number claiming they are from IRDA and telling me that my investment has been moved to Kotak Mahindra plan as ICICI funds are making losses. This is IRDA which a helping customers as ICICI may not tell the truth to customers.

I want to find out which company is calling me from this number and I am sure there is big fraud going on to make customers believe that they are from Government body caring for people and make them take wroing decisions.
