Dear sir/mam

its regarding the unresolved issues in regard to my policy. my policy number is 02457557. i had asked for reissue of documents on 4th of October. i was informed by the executive at borivali west branch that it will be received in 6 working days. but it took 11 days. there was different information from the branch and the call centre. it was really disappointing. i surrendered my policy on 15th October evening, and the executive informed that the money will be transferred to my account in 10 working days. i had given a canceled cheque and specifically asked them about the time period and i was told that its 10 working days. after few days i receive a call from your calll centre and informed that it takes maximum 12 days. and today after 12 days when i call the centre for details im told that it takes 17 days. every one gives different information in your organization that reflects your inefficiency and unprofessional-ism. there was some reason for closing the policy as there urgent requirement of funds but its all shattered because of your inefficiency. and im facing some financial crises. really disappointed with your service and will opt for some better organization in future for a policy.
