Illegal withdrawl of money through ECS

Dear Sir,

My complaint is regarding ICICIprudential policy no 11625409.(Save n Protect)

Firstly, ICICI did not sent me my policy document till date and hence I was forced to lapse the policy and moreover i was not intrested in the product. After 23 months of lapse period suddenly on 30th March they withdrew money from my bank through ECS without informing me even though the policy was lapsed. When contacted the customer care they said it was a technical problem and would refund my

money within 6 working days. Now it has been more than 10 days and they have not yet refunded

my money. There has been poor response from icici customer care employees
