this is firdaus, i went for interview in icici prudential vns branch for DM profile. bt i found ur hr who is hirring has is own criteria of hirring and salary slab of hirring mba marketing (fresher).is this ur criteria of hirring sales person with 1.5 lac on d other other side others r hirring with 2.5 & also his behaviour is nt good
