Twice Instalment Debit

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that under sing have a account with ICICI Prudentail. Account Number is 3986738/80. In the month of May they have debited my saving account twicely on 15th as

wall as on 17th for monthly Instalment.

We loged complant and complant number is8001566004 dt.21.05.2010 but still they have not credited my saving account. In this connection we would like to inform you that they asking my saving bank account statement those i already mail to him but they probleum is still pending.

Pl. look this matter and advice to concern that return my monty without daily.
