ICICI Prudential iProtect
Very Upset with the Customer Service

Dear Sir,

I have paid premium online for buying icici prudential iprotect term insurance. It has been almost two months the company not issued the policy to me inspite of me completing all the formailities. Raising complaint to them does not work. I request you to please take action against them for putting the customer to utter frustration with their bad service.

Please find the details below:

I have applied for icici prudential iprotect term insurance plan for 30 Lakhs on 27th December.

I have completed all the medical tests and submitted all the proofs request by them. After that there is no response from them as of today (15th March).

I registered so many complaints (2nd Feb, 8th Feb, 1st March) but there was no response from ICICI guys.

I verified the application status in website and it says as below.
