ICICI Prudential / I protect policy
Non delivery of policy even after payments of premium, Submission of all docment s & carrying out medical test

I have applied for I protect policy vide application no OL 00040953. I had diposited Rs 17000 through credit card in the month Nov.

I Have submitted all the documents at ICICI prudential branch at Bhubaneswar (New branch).

All the medical test was completed in their nominated hospital.

However the policy is not issued to me. I have registered more than 15 nos of complain on ICICI prudential customer care.

All the time i was given assurance that the your policy will be issued shortly.

My intraction ref no 30654822 with iCICI prudential.

When i called customer care, they informed me that your money has been returned & policy couldn"t be issued.

But before it when i called customer care they always told me that all the formalities were complete & policy to be issued shortly.

This has made me unnecessary mental harrasment & wasting full day at their nominated hospital.
