Sir, I have Joined ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY in the year 2003 March, with the Agent Code 00025525 and with the license bearing no.1109287. I have done a good business with this company since then and achieved MDRT in the year 2007. Till the month of May, I was giving policies to them... and mean time I got an offer from another Insurance company to join as a Sales Manager. So, I submitted all my papers to that company, to join them. And mean time I got call from ICICI PRU Branch Manager offering for a higher package. So, Naturally I was tempted and attended the interview and submitted all my papers along with my other company's offer letter. But instead of giving me an appointment, they have terminated my IRDA license.

So, kindly let me know what should i do now?? I have lost all my commission which i was suppose to get for a longer period. Can I file a Case??
