The above referred account was submitted for redemption. As per your latest account statement, the redemption amount, less STT Rs. /xxxxx has been posted as transacted on 22.09.2009.

As per the current statement received from my bank NRE A/C # xxxxxxxxx, State bank of Travancore, Suchindram, the said amount has not been credited into my account till date.

Please verify and reply mail the redemption status.
