Hi

It's been more than a month to bought this policy (OL00059521). Still i didn't get the any document related to my policy. Customer care people always say the same thing, we are tracking it and we will issue your policy very shortly. But after one month of tracking Now i am feeling like cheated. I got frustrate with this kind of servie from ICICI. I know i will have to wait for this policy but till when, i don't know.

So my concern is If ICICI provide this kind of service at the time of issue of the policy, what kind of service they will provide at the time of claiming. This is one of the major concern with this kind of service. so this is my personal opinion that please please please dont go with this policy just because little cheaper from other policy. Otherwise you will feel the same as i am.
