Delay in payment

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my policy no - 05790680 which i was continuing with you from last four years and i have just applied for withdrawl of my funds on date-27/07 but unfortunately after 27 days i have not received my cheque for the above policy payment so i request you to pls look into the matter or else i have to take action against iciciprulife.

I have been regularly make calls and visits to your office at tonk road but they are not giving me any fruitful reply,
