Premium collected through fake Money receipt

I, Harekrushna Singh form Kolkata, holding your policy no. 14048625 and this policy was lapsed due to not making payment of premium on time. Before fifteen days, a person named Mr Kumar (Mobile no. 9007955252) contacted to me as a reprentative of ICICI Prudential and collected Rs 15000/- by cash from me along with Health Declaration form for depositing the premium for the said policy assuring that he will give the receipt thereof. And thereafter he gave me the receipt. I was surprised when a call received from your company for making the payment for the said policy, because I have already paid the premium.

At first Mr Vikash Agarwal (Mobile no. 8697730097) has contacted to me as Manager (Lapasation) from Main Branch at Chitrakut Building Kolkata. After consultation with him, I have handedover cash Rs 15000/- to Mr Kumar. I am attaching herewith receipt of premium, please let me know the status of policy.
