ICICI - RD
RD not credited to account even after one month of maturity date

This is about an issue I am facing with my RD account in ICICI. I hold an account in ICICI and have opened an RD account last February (09/02) for one year. The maturity date of the same was on 09/02. It has been a month since the maturity date crossed and the amount is not yet credited to my savings account. In spite of the numerous calls I made to the Customer Care I did not get any response. The only input which I got from their end was "System is down. Can you please call us after 2 days? ” I do not have any other option to find out what happened to the money. Will it be credited back? Or I have to wait till the system is up. I am happy that I did not start the RD for a higher amount. Hope I will get a response from your end.
