Dear Sir,

I worked with I Process India Ltd at Barabanki I.C.I.C.I Bank (U.P Lucknow) as a Seles Executive, i had resigned on May and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. My Pf Number is MH/47808/25385 & I -Solution P.F N0.is MH/94095/18538 ESI and my Emp Number is C29569& I Soulitions Emp Code 31441.

below is the mail which i have sent to I-Process Office Dated On 26/05 Via Trackon Couriers P.O.D No is 186785094 & I-Sol P.O.D No is 186785062, still i have not received my PF withdrawal amount.

Request you to pls. look into this and take appropriate action to resolve the same.
