Rs 28 deducted twice from icici debit card on a single transaction

On 2nd Sept i purchased jewellery from Dehradun for Rs 15000 through my ICICI Debit/ATM Card. On updating my passbook i observed that Rs 28 has been deducted two times for a single transaction

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the 28 Rs at your earliest
