Icici tax saving bond 2005
Non receipt of matured amount

I sri bhaskar chattopdhyay & my wife mistuni chatterjee purchased icici tax savings bond amounting Rs. 30, 000/-each ie. total Rs. 60.000/- we have submitted the prescribed forms received from icici bank on 9/2/10 at icici bank, DURGAPUR branch incorporating our PAN details & opted to avail ECS facility.

out of two bonds maturity value value of one bond amounting Rs.31780/- has been transfered to our account in AXIS bank durgapur

the details of our bond are given below :-

1) mistuni chatterjee :-bond holder no 06055-496, certificate no 33242, distinctive no 1588861-158866

2) bhaskar chattopadhyay :- bond holder no 06055-498, certificate no 33243, distinctive no 158867-158872

kindly deposit the matured value of the second one (As we don't know which one has been transferred to our account as both of us have opted for ECS facility & our account no is same i.e. E OR S)
