CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

I am Sanjay Mendiratta, having an icici credit card no 5176537507535001, iam recieving calls from bank for the last 2 years to clear my dues and i have told every caller to give details of the amount which is due as the statement they are providing me shows only late payment charges and interest etc., but till date i have never recieved any statement which is able to eloborate on actual purchases done by me. On the top of this the bank has withdrawn 8500/- from my icici savings account also. I have sent one of my executive to the banks credit card division but there too we could not get the statement which could give us the details. Requested to look into the matter and help.
