Complaint Against Justdial Services

Dear sir,

My name is vinay kumar from hyderabad. I'm the director of I CUBE SOLUTIONZ company which is located at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. This is regarding the problem which im facing with justdial company. I Have taken an ECS based contract from Justdial on january. After 3 months i was not satisfied with the services which they are providing through. I came to a conclusion to cancel the contract from justdial. Regarding that i have spoken to around 7 executives in justdial and i have sent 3 mails regarding my cancellation of contract. They were not given any reply on that particular mail or conversation. This conversation and mails are being continuing from past 2 months. With giving any reply about my cancellation of contract they are directly cutting my ECS payment. What my expectations from consumer forum is to stop their services from me and please refund my ECS payments from 2 months.
