Non payment of warrants to my account

Sir. warrant no704004872 folio no161fb1654386 rs.28898/ deposited on 25/01and warrant no.8042717 folio no.191fb1953994 rs.13400/were deposited my me to sbi ballia (0017) on06/01 have not been credited to my ac no.11168011704 as yet.they are not giving any satisfactory answer.kinly let me know to which account these warrants have been deposited or stop payment of these warrants.kindly help me to get my money.
