i have account in idbi, hyd.i have RS83000 in my account.i want to withdraw my money and close my account, because of poor service of bank.i complained to bank, but no response.i send my brother in law to bank with my identity proof and authorisation letter .but still they dont care.i am living in canada.what can i do.how to get my money .please help me.
