Took all the Charges after 6 months they say Loan will not be scantiond

I too face the same problem with IDBI, I approached them in month of August, then they came for verification, then valuation report done by giving Rs.2000 to the valuator & same amount to advocate & even gave an cheque of around Rs 3000 which they have already encashed. Now after 6 months they say your loan will not be sanctioned due to some legal reasons, which only they know.

Anyhow I want to take legal action against them, let me know what to do.

We are been fooled by such an well known organization in India.
