IDBI Manager: Have to Time to No time to talk to senior citizen membe

A senior citizen member from dombivli had taken his cheques to his native place, He had no money to return back from his home town to dombivli, he went to the IDBI manager of bholad Branch, seeking for help, In return he was insulated and thrown out whit the help of security guards, and the word from the manager was "I Have No Time For all this".

This is pathetic, at least he would have ask some one to help the senior citizen who is stuck there with out money or would have given a call to dombivli branch for verification. Instead of this the gave back insult.

IDBI Managers have no right to insult any person. This act should be taken an insult against senior citizen and should not be tolerated.
