The Liars

Hii ffriends,

All IDBI employees are either liars or they don't know their job. If they are not aware of their jobs then I feel it's time IDBI hires a totally new set of employees and fires out this worthless lot.

I opened an account with them thinking that they provide good net banking as well as phone banking services. I was told that all my facilities will be activated as soon as my account is active. However, this did not happen and when I asked them the reason they started saying that these facilities will take atleast about 10 days to activate. Besides, it can't be done online or over the phone. I need to visit the branch for this and fill up another form. Even though I had filled up all the forms at the time of account opening I was asked to do that once again.

These people don't care about their customers and their time. They trouble you like anything for small petty matters. Moreover, their executives will never answer your questions. These people have no respect for time and their customers.
