DELIBERATELY DALAY IN GIVING THE SANCTIONED AMOUNT

DEAR SIR,

We, the complainant are MR Ishwar Deoram More and MR Mahendrasingh D Patil having the mobile nos 9421400810 and 9422351675 respectively

we wish to submit the complaint about the harassment by the branch as we have submit the proposal for the loan on the 4th February. Mr Vikas Dabhade (mo no 9923450901), the executive of the bank is offering the services to have the completion of the documents. in the beginning the person enthusiastically supported and get the loan of rs 12, 00, 000/- sanctioned on the 22/02. We had to give the amount to the builder upto the 15/03. BUt the so called person is deliberately delaying and is not ready to give us the cheque of the sum. In the beginning, we have given him the documents of the guarantor of a semi govt employee having the net payment of rs 25000/-. He scrutinised the documents and called us for the sum. But he denied by saying that the guarantor must be the local residential of the Aurangabad city. So we presented the documents of the another govt employee having the payment of more than RS 40000/-. He and his manager were satisfied and called us again for the cheque of the sanctioned amount next day. When we get there the official along with the manager denied to give the sum and instructed to give us another two guarantor. When we again present the another guarantor. They reject the guarantor again by saying that he is not the complete resident of the City as we requested to scrutinise by the investigating dept of the bank or the police.

They have the chains of torturing the customers. Mr Vikas Dhabhade presented us to the manager and both strongly insisted upon the policy to deposit the sum of the six EMIs in our bank for twenty years. We requested them not to do so. But they have not paid attention to our requests. As we had not money we asked their customer dare 1800221070 and to our wonder came to know that there is not the rule relating the FD in such loan cases. Meanwhile it is to be noted that the persons are denying the truth of demand of the FD We have the video shooting to prove it.

If we fail to give the sum to the builder, it will creat a great loss. Actually we have experienced the loss of time money and health.

We have to visited the bank 70 KMS away for thirty times in the so called period. We wish the bank to accept the responsibility of the delay and the torture to us and give us the cheque of the sanctioned sum upto 30/03. It is also welcomed to give the strong intimation to such oficers.
