Hi,

My brother went to the nearest branch of IDBI to get information about loan.

The person (that so called 'manager') was so numb, so very mannerless. When my brother told him that he was there to get more information about loans. That manager told him that, they dont provide any loan. Then why the *** have they opened this branch. What kind of bank is it? and what kind of people they have recruited for manager's post? These guys even dont have sense that, they are there as a public servant.
