Non receipt of maturity amount

I had purchased two (2) IDBI flexibonds 21 on 20.04.2004.

My certificate no is 325091.

Regd. Folio no. is 21IFB325091.

Distinctive no is 0001427603 - 0001427604.

Maturity date was 20.04.2007.

But till date I have not received any cheque. As per this bond I should get a cheque on 20.04.2007. I want to know the status of this bond and when will I get my money and how much money I will get.
