Dear sir,

From my salary ESIC deduction every month going as wel as from incentive also deducting (ESIC), From last two tears I am paying the ESIC with any card. but in the month of Feb my child got operation in private Hospital due to un availability of ESIC card (company not provided till date), after a huge Expences (approx 5lack) I aproched for mediclaim to my company but till date I am not Received any reply or compansation.
