How to convert physical share to electronic

Dear Sir,

We have the shares of IDBI vide Folio no IDB141106 and the certificate no is 2687027.We want to sell the share but since the share are in physical form hence we cant sell it. Kindly let us know how to convert the physical share to electronic system. My demat account no is DP120471000041268.
