Axis Bank Credit Card
Ill of already paid amount

This is Dharmendra Sharma from Indore (MP), I have already paid credit card bill on 2nd Feb by cheque (011898) with amount 11685 INR at Axis Bank Kothrud branch Pune (MH). That cheque was cleared on 7 th Feb by state bank of Travancore Navlakha branch Indore (MP). Problem is that Axis bank stated that they didn't get the amount and they again charged me 13000 INR. I had conversation with customer care executive, he told to mail bank satement and reciept of deposited cheque. I had mailed at Customer. Services@axisbank.com, but i didn't get any reply. what to do now.
