Dish tv india is a "CHOR COMPANY"

I purchased two (1590 1590= 3180/-)connection on 14th june online payment, after debit my CC, call from knika electronic " le hum aap ke ghat dish tv laganey aa rehey hain or 300/- per connection alag sey lengage installection and activation,

i tell i am hardware eng, so i install my self only, he say no its compony rule, i say then i am not Intrested in dish tv, plz refund my money

today 24th july, dishtv india not able to refund my money yet

no any activation againest this payment or not have any STB or Vc
