Activating useless VAS services/misbehaviour of C.Care

I am a customer of Idea and suffering from continuous deduction of balance from last 1 week. I have recharged my mobile with 333 FTT and they suck my balance by automatically activating useless VAS services, which I never want.

On calling C.care they roughly said we are not responsible for your balance deduction and not going to refund any money. My mobile number is 9542097247 A.P Hyderabad. I had interacted with Vijaykumar and his senior Abhishek both are very rude and don't know how to serve customer
