NON PAYMENT OF PENSION

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my letter 242/RP dated 29 Jan regarding transfer of my pension a/c 10709044609 along with PPO 09/97/A/S//000151: Lt Cdr Rajinder Prakash (Retd).

I had been drawing pension through SBI, Naval Base, Visakhapatnam branch. Since, I have shifted my residence permantly to Palampur, (HP), I requested to transfer my pension A/C alongwith PPO to SBI Palampur (0692) and ensure timely payment.

Though, the pension A/C has been transfered to the SBI Palampur (0692) in the month of Apr but the A/C was not forwarded alongwith PPO as requested. The payment of the Pension has not been made for the month of Apr, May & Jun. This has led to finacial hardship, since the only source of income.

Request early action.
