Deduction without permission

Respected Sir,

Regarding the subject, i want to intimate that idea is activating the

chargeble services without our permission, & dudcting the amt of such

services from our talktime, on dt 16.10.2011 idea activated MITTI KE

RANG, which is a chargeble services, & diducted 30 Rs from my balance

, which is an offence

I am requesting to you, that please deactivate the such services, &

give me the refund back as early as possible for the further
