Mis Communication from HDFC employees

I had applied for the personal loan. The a/c no.15733102.There was a complete mistake in calculating the total amount of my previous loan from HDFC employees and the wrong amount got credited in my account. After raising the concerns, the following two employees, who have been interacting with me from the begining, started misbehaving & avoiding the calls.
