Worst services and improper balance deductions

Hello,

I am using idea sim card, they have deducted my balance for the service of music masti

(I don't even know what the service is) plus when i requested for refund (because i have not activated the service) they told they will refund in 24 hours, i waited then no refund again i called and they told to wait again 24 hours, same thing they did for one week and in that i called 5 times and received the same response. Now this week again they have deducted rs 30 for the same service which again i have not activated, now i am calling customer care they are asking me complaint number, which they only have not provided me even though i wished to complaint, plus they are telling they cant take past weeks complaint this week. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 30 30 call charges (Customer care).
