Idea sim pre paid plan
Unwanted deduction from balance

I had taken an IDEA sim under prepaid plan 3 months back. But from last 2 months unwanted /unauthorised deductions are being carried out by your service provider. I had reported the matter to the customer care several times and requested him to block the unregistered facility, but no action has been taken so far and my sim balance is getting drained out for no use.please check the matter and refund back my unauthorised deductins, if possible. If the same incidence happens in future then I will stop this facility from IDEA communication,
