OK, we all know we didn't sign up for this, even in the small print. It's time we took action. Somewhere in the loan contract, it discusses not filing a class action lawsuit, but since these companies are supposedly not "one in the same", that doesn't apply. Get together with those you know, those here, and FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Include in your complaint ANY and ALL losses from your bank account that these people caused.
