Non-Receipt of Maturity Amount against FD

My father had invested Rs 5, 000/- on 1st June 1998 with M/s IFB Finance Limited, Kolkata vide FDR No. LC/C/98/90980, which matured on 21/05.

He had since sent various reminders but with no results. In the meantime, he also sent letters to the Company Law Board, Kolkata and The Official Liquidator, High Court, Kolkata but till date there is no response even from them.

Through this letter, I sincerely request IFB Finance to make the maturity payment (principal amount with accrued interest) to my father at the earliest. This was my father’s hard earned money.
