Debit of money from account without drawal

Dear sir/madam, i dr m k pandey having saving joint account with wife sandhya pandey at haridwar road, rishikesh. (ACT.NO. 0836000101909926).

Recently i was in breach candy hospital mumbai for my wifes treatment admitted for one

month . i had operated atm of bank of india near by hospital on bb desai road infront of famous spa

MOKSHA, on 21st nov. 2009 i withdrew 5000 rs. thru atm time mentioned 10.27 am /atm-id cms9003

card no 5048... 4954, txn no 385962 .the slip mentioned avail. balance 7111.24rs

Again on dated 27th november i used atm of same bank for 5000 rs but cdnt recieve money

the slip txn no. 385978 revealed no funds available in account. i immediatly contacted

my pnb bm at rishikesh he said only 2111rs. balance in act. i hdnt. done any kind of transactions in

between . regarding the matter i made complaints on phone no. given by pnb core 0124340000, they

said they will farward the complaints to concerned division.

sir at present i m facing financial burden due to medical bills.

i cordialy request u to manage to credit my debited ammount in above mentioned saving acct.i wd. be

highly obliged.
