Are they giving 100% palcement in icici bank

I have called to that ifbi institute in bhubaneswar which is in sahid nagar, they told first to pay 82, 000 and for that they wil provide 100% placement in icici bank, i have heard that this is fraud but i m confused is it really fake or true? plzz help me regarding this and inform me
