Change of address and bank details not effected -my request letter dated 24/10

I am investor of ULIP with folio No.51016853933. I have sent the request asking for change of address and Bank details on 24/10 on the account statement sent by them (statement dated 29 May). Till date I have not received any confirmation from M/s Karvy Computer share Pvt. Ltd, UTI mutual fund, Narayani Mansion, HNo. 1-90-2/10/E, Vittalarao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081.
