IFCI infrastructure bonds

IFCI infrastructure bonds have been subscribed which have a closing date 3-1-11.
The bonds have been successfully credited to my D-mat Account.
But I need a Tax exemption certificate, which is required to submit to IT department & to my employer.
It is mondatory for all the Govt employees to submit their proofs of saving along with their pay bills for the month of Feb
Hence kindly suggest me - How to get the tax saving certificate.
