NON-RECEIPT OF IFCI INFRA BOND VALUING RS.20000

I have applied for IFCI Infra bond through Karvy stock broker agencies (application no.2283334) for income-tax relief under 80 CCF and have not received bond certificate so far. Please let me know when will I get my bond certificate as it is needed for production in my office. Let me have your line of reply in this regard.
