Theft Claim

I have my theft claim case of my Byke pending with IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Co.

My concerns are:

1) For the settlement of the case they have asked me to transfer the RC of the Motorbyke in favour of the above said company. My concern over here is that if i get the RC transffered in the name of the company than what is the surity that i will get my claim once the vehicle is on their (COMPANY"s) name.

2) Is it my responsibility to get the RC transffered on the Company's name, isn't the No Objection certificate and (FORM 29-30) from my end would serve the purpose and the company should itself get the RC transffered on it's name.

Kindly enlighten by providing adequate information.
