REFUSAL OF PROPER REPAIR OF VEHICLE AND VERY UNRULY BEHAVIOUR

Sir,

I am holing the policy no. 500091237 of iffco tokyo general insurance co. Ltd. For my wagon-r car bearing no. Up-14-AU-0441. My car met an minor accident on dated 21-05 and I took my car to motorcraft ltd. for repair (a authorized dealer of maruti car). From there, my complant got registered with iffco-tokyo co. Ltd. And I was assigned the reference no. 1-lonoiz and the surveyor deputed was sh. Harish junega (M-9810258582). Sh. Juneja visited for survey on the same day and only parly approved the claim citing that the calims are false. He even not called me for any kind of clarification. When I called up mr. Juneja his reply was very blatant that if u need claim then u can take it as per his approval or else u can take away yor car. I took back my car on 22-05 without any refairs and claim.

I also regested a complaint with iffco-tokyo against mr. Juneja and I was given complaints no 1- 1272435320 but still no action has been taken by the company for my calim of insurance.

I request if any action could be initiated on your part against the company.
