Misguiding and Charging amount

Respected sir,

iFOREX is a online trading company which deals in currency convertion. I became its member in January month by paying $ 250.00 and they assured me that my money will be safe and they will protech my money if case of any loss. Now They have charged $ 250.00 from my account without noticing me. I tried to contact them several times but they people are not giving me any response about the same, even they are not picking my phone. From the last three days I am trying to be in touch with them but they are not giving any support or not replying me. Now once again they charged $ 20 from my account.. and this is too much..

Would request yout to look into this matter to get it resolved.
