Additional Water connection charged though no suchconnection exists

Sir,

we owned a house in Igatpuri having a single water connection. later on we bought an adjoining premiseswith another single water connection. we combined both the premises into one house and cancelled the extra water connection. but now after almost five years the nagarpalika office is saying that we have installed three water connections. we presented them the letter for the rejection of one connection along with the final paid bill but they are not ready to accept. also they are not ready to provide me the details of the three connections which exists as per their records. now the have cut the existing single water connection in my house and warned me that unless i pay all the three connection bill i shall not be granted water. kindly help me to get my water connection reinstalled at no additional payment for the fraud connection.
