Fake trading

I AM having DMAT account with IIFLPanchkula office since last 3yrs and recently i found that there was one fake trading done on my account. Some one played with F&O in my account and i have facing loss because of that.

I have logged customer care ticket with IIFL and waitign for reply.

Any clue how to esclate it and if no reply then which customer forum we need to go for this.
