Imobile oxitrans recharge
Amount deducted but not recharged

I tried recharging "sun direct dth" using my imobile application (icici bank application). I made two rs.50 transaction but both were failed and I received 2 failed transaction SMS. But got deducted rs.100 from my account. I really hate this sun direct dth, very hard to make recharge other than retailer. Tell me how to get back my cash.
